I would just like to write and tell you how much i love yourproduct, it is absolutely fantastic. I am an IT professional travellinginterstate regularly and the drag bag fits and protects my 17" laptop and documents perfectly. I purchased the Altitude model and it arrived within the week which is an awesome shipping time for my location. We have just returned from a twelve day holiday in Japan. We planned our trip using the impressive Railway network of the Shinkasen line, known as the 'Bullet Trains' , and what a fast, easy way to travel, especially if you use 'Drag Bag' as your luggage carrier! In crowded Japan you have to move quickly on and off these trains, through the stations and very often walking to hotels. The 'Drag Bag' certainly allowed us to do this easily and while in transit, store it in the overhead rack or between the seats. The bag is so compact, quick to pack and unpack with its numerous pockets and compartments which have easy access. The large wheels move easily and efficiently and do not tip over. The amount of things we carried surprised everyone! There is an extra joy in travelling if your luggage is with you at all times and can be controlled with one hand. Never again the torment of large suitcases for us, especially when you realise that too much luggage has always been the "case" .

I personally had a recent opportunity to put the Drag Bag through its paces in Paris on a business/pleasure trip.
